In our club, we focused on children and focused on PREVENTION  BUT AND CORECIION existing deformities (Stop, spine, knee …)
Corrective exercise covers the entire musculature, giving priority to that most  impaired. It is a synthesis of all the positive movement which at a given moment of the benefits of  the removal of existing deformities and negative impacts. It contains elements that will enable it to stand up to a variety of external and internal factors that have a negative impact, as well  as, for example, a variety of diseases, conditions and manner of life, habits …

As it is known, physical activity has an impact on the human body, not only the development of his  external morphological forms, but also the development of the organism as a whole.  The goal of corrective gymnastics is to prevent the emergence of possible deformities and ensure the proper development of the child or to correct and prevent further progression of existing deformity.

These exercises conducted graduate physiotherapists in small groups. If desired, parents is possible  individual work with the child.
